Easily accommodated for my surgery the following day

Comfortable, relaxed and convenient location

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 AM and was initially told that my room would be ready at 6:00 AM. Then I was told 7:00 AM, and later I was informed that I would have to wait until 10:00 AM. The constant changes and lack of clear communication were extremely frustrating. What bothered me the most was the lack of empathy from the front desk staff. I was visibly exhausted after traveling, yet no effort was made to accommodate me or even show understanding of my situation. The staff came across as cold, indifferent, and uninterested in providing good customer service. Because I was so tired and could not continue waiting, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. This was extremely disappointing, especially after being given several different check-in times throughout the morning. What makes this even more unfortunate is that I genuinely liked the hotel. The property looked beautiful, and I was excited to enjoy everything it had to offer. Unfortunately, because of the situation with my room and the lack of support from the front desk, I never had the opportunity to experience any of the amenities or services. A hotel should not only provide rooms but also make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly believe the front desk team needs additional training in customer service and guest relations. A little kindness, empathy, and professionalism would have made a significant difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience, because the hotel itself seems wonderful.

Exceptional place. The staff were amazing. The room was a dream. Excellent place.

Super location in architecturally interesting former cigar factory with outstanding guest services in a quiet section of lively Ybor City.

Historic building was very beautiful. Rooms were recently renovated.

Excellent location to River walk Very clean Great staff

The staff were kind and friendly. It was easy to checkin and checkout.

We were blown away by the staff at this hotel, above and beyond, friendly, helpful, kind… and it wasn’t just one person, interactions with all of the staff were exceptional! We arrived early off a cruise ship and were welcomed well before checkin, but our bags were stored and a key to the pool for a swim was offered. We were looking to do a bit of laundry, but the dryer was broken - worry not, we were offered the opportunity to have our things dried in the hotel dryer. These are just a few of the many examples of the staff who were working to make our stay comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and treated us very well. It was clean and rooms were spacious.

The location. Great pool area. The in-house restaurant was wonderful.. Great shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Front desk girls were the most amazing ones, excellent attitude! Additionally, the hotel had what we were looking for: great location to go to the parks.

I recommend, very nice neat and clean and the staff are amazing

Everything went well with our stay!

The breakfast was quite good. No complaints. The front desk was also awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. We were only there for a concert at the college, which was right across the street so everything was an easy walking distance.

The breakfast was perfect/delicious.

Convenient & very clean. Friendly staff

It was very clean always, smell good, the breakfast was school and the staff specifically front was so nice and helpful.

Clean location and friendly staff.

Clean, friendly staff, bug free rooms!

The room was very clean and spacious, the sheets were nice, the ac was exceptional and the mattress felt sturdy. The staff from the front desk to maintenance, cleaning staff and kitchen were all exceptionally nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the water pressure was good and hot. The place was very quiet and calm all around the property and in the rooms. Nice area with plenty of stuff nearby. Will definitely be staying again! 100% recommended!
