THE CARLTON is an amazing, stylish, modern & spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 Master Suites (bathroom attached)and located in central downtown SM in a modern apartment building. The Carlton features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, 52” TV and fast WiFi. We offer on-site parking in a private gated garage (payment instructions provided upon booking). Choose The Carlton if you want to be close to: 1. Third Street Promenade 2. Santa Monica Pier 3. Be close to the 10 freeway (to get to Disneyland & Universal) 4. Have easy access to train and bus Please do not book The Carlton if you are wanting the “rural” part of Santa Monica, which would be East of Lincoln. Our Guests appreciate that there are no bus stops located on or near the entrance of The Carlton. We honor all of our bookings and do not canel last minute. We look forward to hosting you.
