You may experience these animals in or near your home. Streaming services are available with guest accounts. Age-appropriate games and dinnerware are available for younger guests. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town, and the internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle will be required depending on the weather. Please check road conditions in the winter months to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during winter storms Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to 2000 USD will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
