location is great, found the rooms all a good size, property was nice. I found the instructions a bit forceful - there were asks that we leave the place very tidy (beyond what would usually be asked), eg, stripping the beds and putting everything in the washing machine etc. I would have thought that was why we pay a cleaning fee but alas, aside from that it was fine. Maybe you could get those instruction rewritten - the language is very rude in my opinion.
