It is a beautiful authentic hotel, loved the art decor ,fabulous hotel ,very clean , fabulous location 10 ++++ . Would highly recommend.

Met by the manager of the property who gave me a very warm welcome. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. Room came with a beach view and a bottle of Prosecco. Food was also excellent and good portion size. Same for drinks

Fantastic location for being near South Beach and the surrounding areas. There's a multi-story car park across the road where we could park each day too, handy to know if you're after parking. The apartment was light and airy, had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was perfect and very helpful. I have no cons to add about this hotel. The location it's great, the breakfast it's great and the room was very clean.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Cozy rooms and insanely comfortable beds, a great pool area and everything is clean and smells fantastic. In addition, the employees are all super nice. Also the location is great and close to Ocean Drive and beach. These were wonderful 4 days and I am very, very sad to have to leave today. But I would love to come back! Thank you!

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds. Collins avenue is just moments away from Ocean Drive, the heart of the party in South Beach, Miami. Free WIFI, fridge, clean bathroom.

Nice hot water, rain shower, nice desk to work, climate system, mini bar … nice music at the bar!

Reviews talked about cockroach issues. I requested a cockroach free room. My room was SPARKLING CLEAN! The unit was honestly so so clean, I was taken aback! The cleanliness literally stood out. They certainly sorted out the roach issue & maybe upgraded some of the rooms. Also requested for a late checkout & was given even more time than I’d asked for. Location was also great! Can’t wait to be back!

We spent 2 weeks per year in this hotel from 2019 to 2023, out stay in 2023 was not good, hotel was becoming too old and not confortable. But we were really suprised in may 2025 by another 2 weeks stay there: hotel was all new, they improved a lot, they added a complementary continental breakfast, and many nice stuff. For sure we will come back again

There was no breakfast but you have a lot of options nearby. The location is great, close to the beach and to CVS/pharmacy and a lot of restaurants. Big thanks to Luis for his hospitality and kindness.
