The staff - Celine who greeted us with the biggest smile everyday, Israel who carried our bags and William. The location was perfect - close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. If I was coming back to Miami Beach I would definitely stay again

I asked for a room in the corner, with a Seaview. I was absolutely satisfied about it. The decoration art deco and the property of all parts of the hotel, the extreme attention and kindness of the staff, the location, the iconic environment and all we can await from the establishment have answered to our expectations.

No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow...

No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow saunter and look at all the buildings. But it is a noisy place with many restaurants and bars. Great to look at but I most definitely won't stay on any of the hotel on this road.

We got up at 7.00 am and walked along the boardwalk looking at all the people excercising in the cool of the morning. Probably my favourite time of the day on Ocean drive. The iconic Miami Beach. People playing volleyball etc. we had breakfast at The Betsy Hotel 144 Ocean Drive. Expensive but worth it. We ate on the terrace watching the world go by. The Versace House on Ocean Drive is now a restaurant, people were taking photos of themselves outside which all seemed a bit disrespectful and ghoulish.

Incredible location right in the heart of action on Ocean Drive. The hotel is beautifully decorated and modern with hints towards the art deco heritage of the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - the bar underneath the hotel and courtyard are lovely spots to grab a drink or something to eat and take in the ambience. Really recommend staying here. It’s also the nicest smelling hotel I’ve ever visited!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was exceptional, just off Ocean Drive right by Muscle Beach — truly unbeatable. The apartment was simple but clean, with a small yet functional bathroom and a well‑equipped kitchen. For a beach place, we only missed having a proper space to hang wet clothes. The area is also great for getting to Miami Downtown, as several direct buses to the city center leave from the adjacent street. Absolutely recommended.

I arrived late, so I missed the front desk, but thanks to the 24-hour online help desk, I was able to access my room without any issues. They responded to my question almost immediately and guided me through the check-in process. The hotel’s location is excellent; very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. In my opinion, it’s one of the best locations in Miami, especially in South Beach. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff- on 31 st street Collins av, which is a little out of the way, however a 2 dollar bus ride or the free trolley takes you down Collins av , best place to be is around 20-17th street thats where bars restaurants and Lincoln rd is , further down is Ocean drive. The staff at the hotel were very helpful , shame the pool is so shaded with trees , we spent all our time at the beach which is a short walk away.

Stroll Collins Ave and Lincoln Road. Of course include Ocean Drive where is good to get a drink at sunset. Espagnola Way should be visited for a nice dinner.Botanic Garden is also easy to reach for good walkers.

Avoid restaurants on ocean drive that do not display prices on their menus!!! Especially when they lure you in for their 'buy 1 get 1 free' then you find out the '1' cost $40 - without tax and without the 18% service charge that as added on top at EVERY restaurant/bar along ocean drive
