THE SPACE This lovely condo has just been upgraded with new flooring and furniture. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" Smart TV. The sleek, all-new kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table for 4 extends to seat 6, and there is also seating at the bar. A cozy den offers a separate area to relax in front of the 46" flat screen TV and acts as a 3rd bedroom with a large single sleeper-sofa and privacy screen. BED & BATH The elegant master suite boasts an antique king sleigh bed with new, plush pillow-top mattress and quality linens plus a 32" flat screen TV. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the resort is a Lake Cay Commons, which has a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Dunkin Doughnuts, liquor store and several casual restaurants.
