3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa with view of the Kohala Mountains and Mauna Kea!!! One of the best locations in the Waikoloa Colony Villas, near the tennis court, weight room, fitness center, and pool.   Our 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath villa was freshly renovated in November 2022 with new furnishings throughout.  The living area features 18-foot ceilings and an 84” LG TV.   Glass sliders in the dining area open to a lanai with a table and chairs with terrific views of the Kohala Mountains.  Spectrum cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are included. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops and everything you will need to prepare your meals when staying in. Enjoy both Keurig and Drip coffeemakers and have your morning coffee on your private lanai! All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom suite has a King bed, includes a private lanai with chairs, separate shower and bathtub, plus dual sinks. Guest bedroom one has 2 twin beds, 45” LG flat screen TV and located next to a full bath. Guest bedroom two has a California King bed, 45” LG flat screen TV.  Kona Coast Vacations uses their in-house commercial laundry equipment to clean and disinfect linens between guests. Also located upstairs is a washer and dryer. Waikoloa Colony Villas is a gated private community, it has two pools with a hot tub/spa, a modern weight room and fitness center (close by the villa), tennis court, and a pavilion with BBQ’s. The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers a wide variety of shopping at the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace and popular restaurants like Roys, Lava Lava Beach Club, and Mai Grille by Chef Allan Hess.  Golf at the Kings Nine and Kings Club is within walking distance of the condo.  Minimum night stay varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.
