Modern and bright, this spacious, end-unit condo offers sweeping ocean views, a private balcony, a rooftop pool, a hot tub, and easy access to the beach, just downstairs. It only takes you 50 steps from the open parking under the building to reach the beach. You’ll find several restaurants and bars along Hwy. 98 within walking distance, with many more just a few miles away. If you’d rather cook at home, no problem - the spacious, open kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. This beach condo features stylish, coastal furnishings, abundant natural light, and a relaxed vacation vibe. After a day on the beach, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Spread out comfortably on the beachfront balcony, which boasts impressive and calming views. If you pay close attention, you may catch a glimpse of all the pelicans and sea creatures. Four TVs, free cable, and WiFi all offer at-home entertainment opportunities. At the end of the day, retire to any of three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a spa-like, private bathroom. The idyllic getaway to the beach awaits - all that’s left to do is book.
