The room on the front building, under the roof, is fantastic. Great view with nice balcony, quiet safe area, no noise, cool fresh wind. High roofs. The design is perfect with protection against mosquitos on all windows. Wifi and A/C worked great. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean. The pictures don't reflect the comfort I had. Location is in walking distance to the biggest supermarket and to restaurants, also relatively near to the beach and it's restaurants.

Lovely welcome on arrival at the property, thank you Kenesia and Philia - sorry if the spelling is incorrect! Room was clean, spacious, and well equipped - the kitchen was great. The view from my balcony was awesome. In addition, the bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby! Many supermarkets are nearby. Nice restaurant nearby - food basic, but delicious - thank you Venecia. It is only a few minutes walk to the nearby bus stop to get you to Kingstown, and the ferry to Bequia.

With over 20 years experience in the apartment rental business, we understand the need for guests to enjoy clean, comfortable and affordable accommodations and aims to provide guests with hospitable and professional services of the highest standards.

The Buttercup Cottage Apartments, are five (5) apartment units housed in two (2) buildings, located in a quiet residential area in Arnos Vale, offering the best in private short term accomodations. Guests can enjoy genuine Caribbean accommodations in any of our warm, comfortable, tastefully furnished and fully outfitted units.The property, flanked by lush green vegetation, offers one (1) two bedroom unit, one (1) studio unit and three (3) one bedroom units for nightly rental to local residents and visitors to St. Vincent. A warm, relaxing environment and décor to feel like a home away from home, each apartment unit is private with self-contained bathroom, kitchen and living area. The apartments are centrally located, about 20 minutes drive from the Argyle International Airport, approximately 10 minutes walk to closest beach and closest shopping area, 15 minutes drive from the capital Kingstown and the Cruise ship/Ferry Berth. It is also approximately 5 minutes walk from a few popular food spots and the main road where you can easily access public transportation. Buttercup Cottage Apartments also offer the unique service of accommodations and vehicle rentals in one location.

Neighborhood info

A quiet and safe residential neighbourhood with well kept middle income properties occupied by small families and retirees. It is located in a developing area which offers popular eating spots, supermarkets, doctors offices, pharmacies, bars and food outlets within walking distance. The Indian Bay Beach is also close by.
