Kim and her staff were outstanding! The location is perfect…you can walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants and convenience stores! This is such a peaceful place, quiet and very clean. You can walk to anything you need! The beach is great for long walks! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The location is lovely, right by the beach. There are tons of affordable and yummy restaurants around. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. Kim was a wonderful host and made sure we had a pleasant experience in An Bang beach. The staff were also very lovely! The home was peaceful and relaxing, and it was also an excellent location with access to restaurants, spas, and the beach. We loved that the home put effort into reducing waste and energy consumption. They also provided filtered water as needed and provided us with reusable bamboo straws.

It’s quiet, clean, peaceful, and everyone who works there is genuinely kind and helpful. Shout out to my girl Kim!!! We’re so happy we stayed in An Bang Beach instead of in the heart of Old Town Hoi An. It’s way more laidback and right next to the beach yet you can easily rent a scooter for $4/day to get to heart of the Old Town Hoi An in about 10 minutes. Stay here if you’re looking for a unique, comfy, and homey feel! Also don't skip out on the bahn mi breakfast sandwiches at Red Flower, they are delish!!

The staff could not be better. Kim and her staff were so kind , friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order and served on the patio every morning. Everything was delicious and there were both sweet and savory options. Even though this cottage is right in the front of the property it didn't feel too exposed. The cottage is very roomy, the bed is comfortable, and the little stocked mini-fridge was a bonus. Good A/C. The location is close to many restaurants (including a very good one right across the street) and just a few minutes walk to the beach. I hope to come back in the future.

We stayed in the room called Gerbera which was incredibly comfortable! It was spacious and had a fantastic shower. The bed was very comfortable! Kim was wonderfully helpful anytime we had questions, and a delight to talk with. The area was lovely to explore and had everything in walking distance!

While the accommodations are nice (including a well designed bathroom, loaded mini fridge, patio with lounger, and garden view off the main drag aka quiet) the real standout for Red Flower Cottage is the host, Kim. Well spoken, considerate, and chalk full of recommendations, she is a 4th generation Hoi An/An Bang local and will trat you like family. she arranged airport pick-up/drop-off, gave a warm welcome, exchanged currency, recommended food options, set up leather/tailor appointments, had a scooter ready for us, has a good breakfast selection, and communicated perfectly on booking/whatsapp throughout our stay. We liked it so much here, we decided to extend for an additional day. If you're still reading, just book it already haha.
