The apartment is located in the 6th floor, it has an elevator, it is ideally located at the Royal Plaza (Royal Mall, the commercial center below), restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and others are located on the B street, where there are many other restaurants, if you have a car, you can also park it in front of the building or behind. You also have Viva Fresh near the Sunny Hill cafe, which is also 5 minutes away from the city center by car.
