This is an absolutely amazing facility… secluded tents right next to Kruger National Park. The room and en-suite were gorgeous and the whole place was immaculate. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made everything perfect. We had a great couples massage that was even better due to the natural setting.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at the lodge. The staff always went an extra mile to ensure that we felt at home. I came with my very fussy 2 year old son and everyone was very warm, patient and friendly towards him. It was a very cold weekend and surprisingly enough it was very cosy and warm inside the tent. I will definitely visit again.

Everyone and Everything was wonderful. The food was delicious. I learned about the native plants and animals. It is the best treasure I've ever found. It would have been a bargin at twice the price. I was kept busy and cleared up after everyday. I was pampered. Little forest creatures around every corner. Soft bed for a good night's sleep to boot.

The tented suites are well separated and well equipped. We were initially in a tented suite, but were able to stay 2 nights in Hippo Chalet when it rained and turned cool. That suite was wonderful. The outdoor soaking tub and deck were beautiful. It was so great to sleep with all of the tented "windows" facing our deck open. Very quiet at night. The manager, Amanda, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable despite the weather. She is amazingly devoted to guests' wellbeing. Food (we had breakfast and dinner included) was excellent. Lerato, our server, was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Very clean. It was great to see a few animals on the property...vervet monkeys, mongooses, a hyena, a nyala.... Lovely to have our last breakfast served on one of the viewing/lounging decks beside the restaurant. My rating is based on the weather we had. I'm sure this lodge would be a 10 in better weather and with more guests.
