The property is located in the real heart of Cape Town, Observatory known for the real neighborhood experience in Cape Town. The neighborhood boasts with local coffee shops, bakeries and a private chef can be arranged upon request. It is centrally located and close to public transport, Ubers and the MyCiti bus pick up points.
