The Gatehouse which is part of our MADISON HOUSE property is lovely large, sunny one bedroom cottage. We are located close to Alrode and Alberton CBD. The Clinton Clinic and Union Hospital are just 5 minutes away by cars. Virgin Active gym as well as shopping centres are just across the main road. There is a Spar and pharmacy within walking distance. The property has beautiful gardens and has two communal pools. The property boasts various units such as a 4 bedroom house, 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bedroom apartment and 4 one bedroom cottages. We are able to host groups and have been popular with sports teams, school groups, church groups, wedding accommodation etc.
The company was started by Jimmy and Lauren de Beer in 2015. Jimmy passed away in February 2020 and I am now your only host. We have a great cleaning and gardening team on the property.
We are located close to Alrode and Alberton CBD. The Clinton Clinic and Union Hospital are just 5 minutes away by cars. Virgin Active gym as well as shopping centres are just across the main road. There is a Spar and pharmacy within walking distance. Popular shopping malls are Mall of the South, The Glen in Oakdene as well as Lemontree and Newmarket Mall. We are about 15 minutes drive from Thaba Mountain Biking trails as well as Rietvlei zoo farm which is popular for picnics, hiking trails and various sports events as well as restaurants and a golf driving range. Gold Reef City is also 15 minutes drive away.
