The historic buildings were beautiful, and the informal market traders were very customer-centric, going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience i.e. carwash and trader selling African beads (we noted this because the formal businesses we interacted with were very unpleasant i.e. spur).
Try the restaurant at the casino you will not regret it, it is affordable and the food is delicious.
The potholes and cleanliness in the town and surrounds need immediate attention.

Variety of restaurant to choose from. Nonesi Mal where you can go for shopping. It's so easy to get into Queenstown, very quiet, no traffic jam. Visible traffic officers. Just be carefu of potholes in some areas.

I would only recommend/suggest only two things:
1. to enclose bathroom facilities for more privacy when having to be at the Loo, or have a community toilet facility outside the rooms.
2. bar fridge in the rooms
Overall the property is so great and the service is desirable, if I have to visit Queenstown again, I'd book Ndaba Golf Lodge all over again.

Queenstown residents should demand service delivery from their municipality .... the potholes is a nightmare.
Otherwise Queenstown has nice scenic views but driving around the town was very disappointing.

Queenstown is an oasis: plenty of good shops fit for a Queen. A good example of a clean and tidy City for East London to emulate.
Thank you.
We were not in Queenstown on holiday, just an overnight stay.

This accommodation spoiled everything for me, we arrived late as we had to travel for long hours. I didn’t sleep at wall as the room itself was a torture to my sinuses. So in the morning we packed, did what we came to do and left the city within 2 hours.
The bed was comfortable and the room was always clean. The only challenge that we had was electricity that was not working the other night and we were not informed of what was happening until I asked them in the morning. Also the walldrobe is very small. Lastly they need to have a big mirror near the walldrop. My daughter likes to see her self and the only mirror we had was in the bathroom and for upper body only. other than that we were happy and safe. I will definitely come again when I am in Queenstown.
Firstly, Chane at reception was awaiting us, although we literally booked 2 minutes before arrival. Her friendliness and professionality was also a feature found by all staff members.
Clean and extremely well kept guest house, from start to finish. Lovely experience in a beautiful and set up. We finished our stay off with a very tasty and well served breakfast. Thank you, The Symphony - we hope to be back.
We Usually don't book hotels for so many reasons but this one was our favorite. We booked on short notice since we were traveling and decided to rest for the night. A warm welcome from Asanda made us feel really special. He made sure everything we needed was there and was available throughout the night to assist us. The breakfast was amazing 👏. Definitely coming back here soon.
The please is a little heaven in queenstown , smart ,clean ,and smells great , to be honest the food was divine the honors take attention to detail. The pool and the dining erea were out of this world, i travel a lot within Africa and Europe ,i will definitely go back in January and organize some of my business trips to be hosted there its a great place.
All good
Easy to be found, placed in middle of Queenstown. The B&B is an old, well maintained, building in a residential area. The rooms are suitable. Very clean. Breakfast is good. Service very friendly. Wifi existing. You get value for your money! Would we come again? We would rather look for other experiences.
I have been booking this property for some time now and I love their peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. During the second day of my stay, Queenstown was hit by a hailstorm which caused damage to powerlines and the property swiftly arranged an alternative accommodation which had power.
The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was a very welcome change from our previous experiences when passing through Queenstown. I would probably stay there again, despite the issue mentioned below, which I'm sure they'll try to sort out.
the place was very clean and organised. The room was also comfortable and the property felt very safe and we got served a nice morning breakfast. i highly recommend this little place if you are stopping in Queenstown.!
the staff also made the stay enjoyable.
Very beautiful place, staff and management are very friendly and helpful, when people say feels like home away from home it is even better, will def recommend it to family and friends. Food is wonderful and very tasty :)
a Dams View is located on the outskirts of Queenstown in a quiet residential area. The accomodation was spotless and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future.
The location was looking good! And too the guest house was looking stunning. I’m looking forward to book again the same place maybe sleep there at Lavender lane 3 or 4 days in consecutive
Location good for where we needed to be the following day, but noisy.
Beautiful old house
Comfortable beds and good quality linen - but unfortunately no top sheet just the duvet.
Can't give an accurate revue, as after I had booked and was confirmed, I was notified when entering Queenstown that they were full and had to find alternative accommodation.
The B&B is at a quiet location with privacy. There is nothing I didn't like about it. I would recommend it to anyone who who's looking to book around Queenstown.
