The staff was very helpful. The service in the bar was exceptional (especially service by Mr. Amine and Mr. Ilias).
Breakfast was delicious (nothing like European Ibis ;)).
Bed (mattress) had the right firmness. My back was grateful ;)

I very been there for my reservation, and I received the receipt and invoice, and they informed booking that I canceled my booking, i was choked because at least it's IBIS (Accord Group) and not small hotel to do this!!
