One of the owners is a 5-star chef, and breakfast was amazing. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom with amenities and plenty of towels as needed. Hosts are awesome and kind.

The nearest airport is Port Hardy Airport, 33 km from the inn and a ferry is required to reach the airport. Pemba did her utmost to welcome us and make us feel at home. She cooked us a delicious, healthy gluten free porridge for breakfast and made us wonderful Indian food for supper, like prawn curry and butter chicken, as well as fresh local salmon. She gave us knowledgeable advise about the island, and a very special send-off the evening before we left. We felt very pampered! There are comfortable seating areas, inside and out, overlooking the bay. The hotel is not far from the pub, which has live local entertainment to join in on on Saturday night. A memorable experience.
