Located in downtown Stratford, Edison's Inn and The Perth County Inn - 2 Beautiful Boutique Inns on the Same Block is a renovated 1840’s building. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. The room was lovely, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on and there was very little noise pollution considering its location. A little disappointed when we realized parking was not right at the Inn and it would be a problem for a couple such as my parents who are elderly and struggle to walk with bags etc but for us it was fine and we didn't mind walking the few minutes uphill. Overall a lovely stay, we would certainly book again.

Please Note: Currently Under Construction, But Open - Patio-access doors unavailiable - Front Entrance has been relocated. Every time I stay at Comfort Inn, I get exactly what I need for that stay. Better service and accommodations then more expensive Hotels.

This quaint inn was built in the 1840s. The inn is located next to the waterfalls and a 5 minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Huron. This is the coziest and most unusual place my husband and I've been to. The decor of the hotel transports you back to the past, and that's exactly what you need if you're tired of modern bustling city life. We felt at home sitting around the fire, listening to music and playing chess. The owner is such a nice person. He's always there to talk to and help you, but he also leaves you alone to let you rest. In the morning, he made us breakfast, and I'd never eaten such a delicious hotel breakfast before. The whole experience was far beyond our expectations.
