When I needed to cut my trip short, the owner was very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Ribe Cathedral is 43 km from the inn. Nice, family run hotel with restaurant. The rooms are not really modern but have a nice Scandinavian touch and everything is clean. Good location in the harbour, so close to ferries and also a small shopping centre with bicycle rental is only 50 metres away. The beach is not too far, about 15 minutes by bicycle.

First time during our trip in Denmark we have so many vegetarian options during breakfast and during dinner. Super! It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. It offers free Wi-Fi, tastefully decorated rooms and both a gourmet and a la carte restaurant (seasonal). You can enjoy coffe and cake in the afternoon after a short walk in the gardens, or a drink in the evening. We loved the location and the gorgeous buildings in the old parts of Møgeltunder where the kro is located.. Great area for walks, especially when the weather is on your side. The Schackenborg castle is next door. Our room was located upstairs in a qute house next to the main building. The room was petite but still spacious, considering the time when the house was built. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, and it had a bathtub. The breakfast was extraordinary with a good spread from local producers as well as other Danish foods. Lovely porcelain and ambience. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Especially the staff at the time for our arrival when the reception was closed. They had to leave their duties at the restaurant to give us the things missing in our room as it was only set up for one person. A minor error, but they really got out of their ways to set it straight. The garden was lovely as lovely as well.

Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant--we enjoyed the "Sunday Roast" dinner. Beautiful view from the dining room--reminded me of a Monet garden painting. Clean modern rooms-recently updated. Close to the Egeskov castle which is a must see. Also close to Sandholt Slot which is not open to the public, but can be viewed from the road.

The sandy Sønderstrand Beach is 8 km from the inn. The German town of Flensburg is 38 km away. Friendly reception . Good bicycle storage inside and secure . Our room, #22 was large but without ambiance and right off the highway with traffic noise continually . Had A/C so we just kept the windows closed to decrease the noise . Our room was at the top is one of the narrowest and steepest staircases that we have experienced in a European Hotel . Only way out of the room was down the narrow stairs in an emergency or a fire . Really not a good idea or plan . Breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices .

Danish cuisine, free WiFi and simple modern rooms with cable TV are available at this refurbished early 1800s inn. It is centrally situated 300 metres from Give Station. Legoland Theme Park is 15 km away. It was a fantastic experience to stay at this hotel which is located at a small quiet town. For the visitors from Asia like us, it is a pure European town!! Also, the breakfast is quite satisfactory. I really like the homemade bread. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
