We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place close to the trail; mission accomplished! This property is in the process of being converted (practically done) by the owner's son into a very nice place to stay. The son's father was a world-class bicyclist and they are decorating using his many trophies, gear, etc. Very nice. We really liked our room. Our bathroom was close by down the hall but was just for our use, not shared. Our hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating, especially towards our lack Italian language skills. The restaurant was especially good, the food expertly prepared and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The price we paid was very reasonable. We rate this property very highly.

Locanda del vecchio mulino er staðsett í Fiorano Modenese, 19 km frá Modena-leikhúsinu og 19 km frá Modena-lestarstöðinni. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great quality, as well as it was fun to walk to the cafe in the morning.

We took a detour on our trip to the Dolemite Mountains from Rome and had made reservations at this hotel. We knew nothing about it. It exceeded any and all expectations! The rooms (there are only 5) were new, spotless, and beautiful! The staff were exceptionally friendly. Jacob, the proprietor, speaks good English. This is a hotel review, but the restaurant...oh...the restaurant. Excellent menu. One of the best meals we have had in Italy. They have a wine cellar! You can go down, sit, and select from many, many bottles of wine. It was a wonderful evening for our entire family. Jacob gave us many tips on places to see in Predappio. If you are traveling from any points South in Italy towards Venice, then I highly suggest you make a stop in Predappio and stay at this hotel!

Featuring free bikes, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Locanda Remare is set in Cesenatico, 1.4 km from Cesenatico Beach and 200 metres from Marineria Museum. The location was perfect, right by the canal surrounded by shops restaurants and bars, but not at all noisy. Giacomo the host was so friendly and welcoming. He provided excellent recommendations, and is clearly passionate about his home town. We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was cosy and the views were wonderful.

B&B Tenuta Madiba er staðsett í Ravenna, í innan við 6 km fjarlægð frá Mirabilandia og 9,4 km frá Ravenna-stöðinni. Lara the host is wonderful human being. The house is beautiful.

Great place to stay at in a cute little village in the lesser-known and far from touristy Tuscan-Emilian Appenines. The host was always happy to help us and gave us some good tips. Abundant breakfast including cakes made by the host herself. The restaurant just below the hotel offered delicious dishes at honest prices. I definitely recommend Il Gigante.
