A perfect and cosy little place to spend a few days if stopping in Osaka when in Japan. Quite a small apartment, but still enough space and facilities for a family of four. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Also, the friendly service and the hospitality of the hosts, Yukio and Keiko, made us feel right at home, and all the information we possibly could think of was provided on arrival or in folders in the apartment. All in all, a very good place in a nice neighbourhood at a very affordable price. We will definately stay here again if ever coming back to Osaka. Great value for money!

Nagtatampok ng terrace, ang FL House 浪花町 ay matatagpuan sa gitna ng Osaka, wala pang 1 km mula sa Nozaki Park. Very comfortable and clean and beautifully designed. A few reviews note that you have to go through downstairs shower area to go upstairs but there is enough privacy, so not really an issue. You do have to go through upper bedroom to go up on the roof, but to be honest we didn't use that area very often as it was just too hot! Good wifi and the TV has Netflix etc if you have accounts. Good location; not so touristy more genuine Osaka! Close to huge shopping street so no problems with food etc.

It was pretty close to the Osaka station. So if you're coming in from either the airport or from Shinkansen, it's easy to get to. Surrounding area is also really nice with a lot of high rise towers and shopping areas. Hanshin Tigers store is also nearby if you are a big fan of baseball. Staff also let me check in early which was a nice touch. I think it was probably because it was a less busy day? But I wouldn't expect it at all times.
