I really liked the amenities; I had everything I needed for a short stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I appreciated having some tea bags, and coffee available. It was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. I needed an ironing board, and was surprised to see it was also available. The hairdryer is of good quality and strong, which I appreciated as I have long hair.

It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was great as it had a couple of buses nearby making it easy to go to activities. I liked the concept of having a common kitchen area.

The Red House er staðsett í Lúxemborg og er í innan við 1,2 km fjarlægð frá Lúxemborg. Comfortable, good location, clean, helpful even after check-out with luggage storage, there's a kitchen, there's a laundry room for a small fee, I found the place really convenient. I liked everything, cannot relate to the bad reviews at all. There are some reviews saying the owners weren't easy to contact. Maybe it's best to contact a few days before check-in to make sure you have all info about check-in procedures in time. If you come with big luggage it might be uncomfortable because there's a 15-20min walk from the train station or from the nearest bus stop and there are stairs in the house. I only had a backpack so for me it was just a lovely walk. My room was on the second floor, the bed was comfortable, the blankets were warm and comfy. I didn't need to turn on the heating. The shower room was clean, aired and well kept. The toilet downstairs and the toilet next to the kitchen were also very clean. The best for me was the terasse outside the kitchen, had my coffee there while watching the greenery, the birds and the airplanes landing, loved it! I also loved the walk along the stream to get to the old center. Will definitely try to book this place again on my next visit to Luxembourg!
