Very spacious, well furnished as well as very beautifully decorated. The premise has common lounge, kitchen and dining. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser in the kitchen. The hotel also provide a washing machine as a kind gesture. The hotel is surrounded with many interesting eateries nearby, either walking distance or short drive away (Greentown business center). Ipoh Parade is just 10 minutes walking. I consider myself very fortunate for choosing The Ranch, out of so many nice vacation rentals in Ipoh.

There was a small kitchen with washing sink which is very convenient. We had lunch in the cafe nearby which was very reasonable and food was delicious.

Room was good size actually very nice. This is a no contact hotel had some minor issues getting in there is just a door on the street with lock boxes. Four blocks from bus terminal. I will stay there again.
