Our story is that my friend and I arrived there sick. Not only they upgraded our room for free in order to have a bigger and quiet room, but they also did everything to help us! The stuff is the sweetest, more kind, smiley and caring you will find in Puerto Princessa. Big "thank you"! Ps. The rooms were clean, a little bit old but ok! The location is great. The cafe next to the hotel where the customers take breakfast, also great!

Comfortable place to stay in Port Barton with affordable price, the room was cozy and clean. The staff go above and beyond specially the owner his very friendly and accommodating. I had never felt more welcome anywhere else. I was treated just as every guest should, but more than that, I felt like a family member who came for a visit and they were eager to make me comfortable. All thanks to the beautiful atmosphere that it fosters and the warm hospitality that its people effortlessly exudes.
