The room was clean and nicely decorated, the hotel's terrace had amazing views and in the morning you can see the balloons, the take off place was also very near. I didn't travel with pets, but I was happy to see that they allow them in the hotel and that they care for the animals, the cats have bowls of water and food and there were some playful kittens as well on the property. The hospitality was amazing, the owner, Bulent speaks very good English and is super helpful, he gave me some hiking tips and borrowed the map as well for my hike. Filiz cooks the most amazing and fresh breakfast, with different dishes everyday. The location is on a quiet street, with views to the Cavusin castle (great spot to watch the balloons in the morning, they came very close to the top of the castle) and you can walk from the hotel to hike the famous Rose and Red Valleys. Totally recommended the place! Many thanks to all the staff for a wonderful time!

Beautiful family owned hotel - very kind and accomodating. Provided us with many recommendations and helped us book activities. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, fresh food and even better view to watch the hot air balloons. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

This was an amazing stay. I was the only guest at the hotel at that time, and from the room, hospitality, breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations. The view from the rooftop is also great for balloon watching. Even from my window, I could see them.

He helped me to tell many good spots and excursions. Moreover he asked if the next day’s toor was available to the balloon company and asked the price to the taxi company. I appreciate him very much. - Rooms It is clean, comfortable and the showers have hot water. In addition, the experience of being in a cave is very amazing

Mayroon ang Serinn House ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at bar sa Ürgüp. The breakfast was amazing and fresh! We loved the location and being in the more quaint town of Ürgüp compared to Goreme. Eren was a very friendly host who went above and beyond to help us in many ways - from organizing taxis and horse riding, giving us restaraunt recommendations, and even ordering a birthday cake for my husband!

The property is managed by a friendly family who are genuine in their willingness to make the stay a pleasure. The rooms are spotless. We chose the room with terrace and highly recommend this. It is a nice reprieve of fresh air in a stone house. Bonus is that you will see the hot air balloons intimately each morning from your terrace. The breakfast is an authentic Turkish buffet breakfast akin to visiting mom for breakfast - simple and delicious! The location is brilliant. Less than 10 minutes stroll to the city centre and far enough to be quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The value for this property is outstanding and we highly recommend to any traveller visiting Cappadocia.
