Large comfortable bed and most important- very clean room. And that view from a hotel! Staff arranged a tour for us and we got English speaking guide. We are definitely coming back to this hotel! Thank you again 💓

Where to start? Everything went very well. From the check in to check out, the host was always there for help. The breakfast was really good. You can watch the balloons and the city from their terrace.

This was an amazing stay. I was the only guest at the hotel at that time, and from the room, hospitality, breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations. The view from the rooftop is also great for balloon watching. Even from my window, I could see them.

The service was exceptional, and the best we have experienced in Turkey so far. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful and provided relatively close access to everything we needed in town. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying at Melek Cave Hotel, even in Winter as we did. We would choose to stay there again on our next trip to Goreme.

Mayroon ang Serinn House ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at bar sa Ürgüp. Highly recommend Serinn House in Urgup as the best place to experience the magic of Cappadocia. A beautifully renovated 3 room cave hotel a 15 minute downhill walk outside the charming village of Urgup, which has all the old cave homes, lovely places to eat and gorgeous local hand crafts and all the Turkish souvenirs. I advise getting a taxi back as its a hefty uphill walk back, there is a taxi rank and a taxi will set you back about 300 Lira - around €3. Erin and her staff are beautiful, friendly and helpful people and they made our stay really special. Erin's English is impeccable and all her recommendations were brilliant. We stayed at the end of October and I posted a picture of SOME of the gorgeous breakfast - we were the only ones staying in the hotel and there was everything you might possibly want and the quality was outstanding, The whole experience was so much better than many of the fancy or boutique hotels I've stayed in and is really great value for money. I only wish I could go back! Urgup is a great base to explore Cappadocia and much prettier and real than places like Goreme which were pretty cheap and tacky looking but oddly expensive.
