We were greeting by the best staff ever. They helped us find our room and they even carried in our bags. They even helped us locate the best places for us to spend our time on our short stay in Mystic. The whole place was charming and comfortable and safe. It was a joy to be there.

What a beautiful building, inside and out. The staff were so friendly, the overall ambiance was amazing. Our room was cozy and beautiful. They had water bottles for us when we checked in. Wine was available in the lobby and coffee etc in a nice room just beyond the check in desk. You do need to be able to handle stairs. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. There is no risk with stepping away from a familiar hotel chain when you choose this place. We will be back.
