Very relaxing aesthetic of the whole property. They have robes, beach towels, bikes, beach chairs. The property was very clean even though it was a tile floor I felt no sand on my feet( I have sensory issues). The beds are comfy and big windows allow for a lot of natural light or u can close blackout shades if you like to sleep in. It’s the perfect location if you want to walk to the shop and only a 2 minute walk through the beach. There is a playground across the street as well in Humiston park if u bring little ones. This cozy inn and the kindest GM made me wish I was staying longer.

The location is excellent as it is a one minute walk to the marina and a just a couple of minutes to several good restaurants. I stayed for over two weeks and found the kitchen really handy. The owners are super helpful and lovely people. I will definitely choose Davis House Inn for future visits to Sebastian!
