The beach is just 350 meters from this hotel on South Padre Island. An outdoor pool, free WiFi and rooms with cable TV are provided at Comfort Inn. Everything was basically new or recently renovated. The staff efficient, the rooms spotless and the breakfast good. Location was fine for exploring the island and parking good. Excellent value for money.

The Comfort Inn hotel is just off Interstate 10 and just minutes from the Stark Museum of Art. A flat-screen TV is offered in every room at this Comfort Inn. The location was perfect. The hotel was clean, staff were so nice, the room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice and served early which was a bonus.

The staff at Clarion Inn in McAllen is absolutely excellent. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. David who drove the shuttle was very helpful and also went the extra mile. And Ludy (sp?) who picked me up from the airport was so helpful and courteous - all staff worked hard and did so with a positive attitude and a smile. I would be glad to come back to the Clarion.
