Hotels with Hot tubs in Banff

We like the cabin style room. It is very cozy and inviting. We like the Nespresso machine and the restaurant food was wonderful. Quality toiletries were a bonus too.

I liked the size, cleanliness and the outdoor pools that had a good working hours.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was very clean. Staff was really fantastic. They were very helpful. Gave us the information we needed. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. I definitely would say that the friendly staff made a huge difference. A bonus of having a 3 day public bus pass.

The hotel location, property quality and staff were all fantastic. Interaction with the hotel was quick and helpful and we would absolutely stay at the Ptarmigan Inn again and recommend it to others.

The place was awesome. You can see the scenic mountain just in front of the hotel. The room has complete appliances and utensils. A shuttle was provided also which is very convenient for the guests going to the downtown. And lastly, the place is a pick up and drop off location of the Brewster Bus from and going to the airport and Downtown Calgary.

Amazing facilities and staff. Not in the middle of town but with the free shuttle bus you wouldn’t even notice.

I liked everything. The house is a very nice hotel. Very clean. Large, new and spacious rooms. There were five of us. Each room has a balcony. The breakfast is modest but good. Most importantly, everything is clean and smells good. the pool clean and hot.

Comfy stay, very convenient location near most of the attractions in-town

No breakfast at the facility. The pool was out of order, but they were upfront with that when I confirmed my reservation

Perfect location, mins away from the core Banff area. Clean and very comfortable bed. Jacuzzi and sauna were great after a day of aight seeing.

Wonderful, one of the best hotels ever. Such a nice welcoming feeling when we were coming back in the evening from the cold outside. Loved the toiletries, they smell so good! The swimming pool is AMAZING, really nicely decorated and clean with the added bonus of having the view of the mountains and the snow. Fabulous hotel, really recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Canadian Lodge! My room was spotless, the bed super comfy and having a fireplace made it even more special. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Their helpfulness really made the experience special. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect combination of convenience, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

We got a free upgrade to a better room!

We use the hotel for summer vacation, i think it's busy time but they gave us free change Queen size bed room to king size bed room! The room is nice and clean and all the stuff members are great!
