excellent communication with the property before we arrived. They were very quick to provide answers to all questions I had. On day of arrival, the cleaning staff was still cleaning the home when we were supposed to check in, but it only delayed us by one half hour. We did notice during.the stay that some areas of the home were not fully cleaned We found a pair of water goggles and some q-tips in couch cushions; candy wrappers under a bed; open bag of chips in a bedside table. The food wrappers were not products that anyone in our family brought along.
