We wanted a quiet location from which we could explore old villages like Conques, and wanted something unique. The castle was perfect and the hosts were extremely gracious. We were a bit worried that it would be hot without air conditioning during the recent heat, but it was not. With the shutters closed during the day and the windows open at night, we slept well. And there was a swimming pool to enjoy at the end of each day.

Property is beautiful and fully equipped! We enjoyed cooking a nice meal and sitting outside. Hot tub was a fabulous addition to enjoy after walking Le Puy for 7 days. Wanted to stay an extra day just to enjoy the apartment more..
