The faucet of the bathroom washbasin functioned only very partly and the rain shower was largely clogged up making it spray the water all over. Despite the guy said there is no wifi, we found good signal and worked properly. Area is really safe and nice, 15 min walking from bus terminal and one block away from main park/square. We arrived at night, and nothing was open from where we could buy food, so he just used his phone to order food for us (they have their kind of Uber Eats app that we could not download on our phones for some reason...) and we ultimately paid him. The staff were very friendly… it had a Family owned and operated atmosphere. Check-in was easy…. Small gated parking area that could fit 2-3 small vehicles, but was monitored by staff….. come and go as you please….
