Everything was beyond the expectation!! The staffs are very assistive and kind. We had so many last minute requests & they were able to adjust and cater to our needs. 24/7 reception too so not a worry if u need assistance in the middle of the night plus Balinese are the most respectful and kindest ppl I’ve ever met!!
