The hotel is generally good. We were happy that the hotel management responded to our complaints promptly and provided us with what we expected. After all, we were staying for 4 nights for 3 adults in the same room. We needed to be comfortable and the room being cleaned and towels being changed daily. We didn't know that the hotel cleans the room once every two days . They were good to make changes for us

The food in Suttons bar was beautiful the rooms where very relaxing with LED lights and comfortable beds. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Really enjoyed the treatment I got in the spa, and the jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is generally a lovely place it’s a shame they don’t have entertainment/music on there at weekends so it’s not a place you could stay in at night, you’d have to head elsewhere but the city is about 10-15 mins taxi drive away and they will order you a taxi from reception.
