Loved everything. The location is easy for visits to Fermo and the surrounding area. We loved the views, enjoyed the peaceful tranquility, the host was amazing; welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was heavenly, sitting out in the sun drinking the most delicious cappuccino and enjoying the tastiest of treats. Thanks to Samuele (and your wonderful wife who is also working in the background) for making us feel so welcome. It was hard to leave.

The room that Booking.com encouraged us to upgrade to was not available when we arrived but Simona patiently spent over an hour showing us alternative rooms. After a couple of days, Hotel Royal provided us with the suite that we had originally booked as soon as it was available. The suite was remarkable; the view was amazing. Jacuzzi tub & shower worked well...always a pleasant surprise!! The breakfast had a wide variety of fruits, pastries and beverages.When I experienced an unexpected minor medical emergency, the staff were extremely helpful and sincerely caring about my well being. Overall, the Hotel Royal was a wonderful experience .

Breakfast was extremely generous and beautifully fresh each day. Plenty of choice , cold meats, cheese, fresh croissants, yogurts, both dairy and dairy free, fresh fruit, and much more , plus water and juices , coffees and teas . Location is great. The rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean! Slippers and lovely soft robes provided. An iron was available at request. There is a sauna and spa downstairs which looked lovely, but we didn't have time to use it

Location in old town, spacious (2 full bathrooms) with lots of useful equipment. Very clean place, and super friendly hosts, who respond quickly to all your needs. Very well functioning ACs in every bedroom including the kitchen and dining area with the large sofabed. Beds are equipped with good quality mattresses, so you get a good sleep. Car can be parked on the street, everything is in walking distance (shops, restaurants, beach).
