The location is excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is car parking onsite and the room was excellent. The food at breakfast and also the half board was delicious and great value

The location is near the center. Good breakfast. Nice service. Private ski wardrobe is available and accessible through parking. A playground room is at a very good location on the basement level.

We had the Wild Soul suite and what an experience! The suite was beautiful, well taken care of and luxurious. We ate every night in the restaurant of the hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast was also great, because we had the suite we had extra luxurious options for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing, nice personnel and the pool and wellness were fabulous! We would definitely come back if we had the chance and advise this to friends and family.

The hotel is situated near the Lucia ski lift which was very convenient. It has this Alpine style to it. Offers lovely breakfast with delicious homemade pastries!

The room was modern and spacious, with a great mountain view Food was excellent, catered for my wifes dairy intolerance despitlast minute booking. 12 min walk to town centre, on valley bus route Perfect base for mountain activities. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Very good location especially if you participate at Marcialonga ski marathon, start is very near :) Apartment is big and comfortable with very nice views from the balcony. Communication with owner was very good!

Very clean apartment with all amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and heated floor in bathroom and kitchen 😍 Amazing views of the mountains. Also kids loved the play areas both inside and outside.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even during the low season, and with elderly family members who were not able to walk long distances, they suggested amazing spots that the whole family could enjoy. Thank you!

This hotel has a fantastic central location in the very picturesque village of Moena, in the heart of the Dolomite mountains. Best of all is the staff who was very friendly( specially the staff from restaurant ) . The rooms were very nice ,clean, spacious, and with all the modern features anybody would want. Evening meals was a choice of 3 different courses and breakfast was a generous buffet. Free parking at the side of the hotel.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautifully newly renovated, and everything was cleaned daily. The food was fantastic. For dinner, you choose your meal one day in advance, and it includes four courses with dessert – truly excellent cuisine. We came for a winter skiing holiday. The Alpe Lusia resort is 5 minutes by car, Passo San Pellegrino about 12 minutes, and Latemar around 10 minutes – perfect! The wellness area was wonderful – sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. It was a great way to relax and recharge. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. The most beautiful room decoration and facilities within our trip to the area. Very nice indoor pool, which also has an exit out to air, Sauna (dry and wet), slippers etc. Most worth mentioning is David, the staff member who welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and also in the day after -, explained everthing with patience and smile, kept the pool open after formal hours, so we could enjoy it after a long drivel, and even assisted with ordering us a table at a recommended restaurant (it was delicious!). Super nice - David, thank you!!
