Such a charming boutique hotel with beautiful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect — just a short stroll to the waterfront and to Porto Montenegro. The staff were genuinely warm and kind, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. My room was small but wonderfully cozy — perfect for a comfortable night’s rest after a full day exploring — and it even had a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to unwind. As a delightful surprise, they gifted me a delicious bottle of their family-owned white wine, which made my stay feel even more special and personal.

Excellent location - close to a bakery, food shopping, beach and center of Tivat. The view towards the sea is amazing!

I didn’t meet the hosts in person, but we were in constant communication, and they were very kind. The location is excellent, offering a perfect view of the Bay of Kotor. In the morning, you wake up with a beautiful view of the bay from your bed. The apartment is clean and very comfortable.

Overall a wonderful stay, very helpful, the transfer service was wonderful and the apartment is very clean and good location within walking distance of most things

Amazing property with amazing staff throughout (front desk, room attendants, wait staff - both on dinner and during the breakfast). Our suite was well-appointed and nicely equipped. SPA area is very nice (saunas) and the pool was warm. Definitely recommend.

I had such an amazing stay at the Cube. The view is magnificent… waking up in bed in the morning is spectacular to watch the Boka Bay in front. The pool is also amazing, very aesthetically pleasing, I felt like I was in a Tom Ford fashion campaign. Almost didn’t want to leave the house. Totally recommend!!!

I chose this property mainly because of the view, it was incredible. I would recommend it to those who want to relax while enjoying the view.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. The place was absolutely spotless, very well maintained, and even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect for exploring Montenegro very central, with so many places around 20–25 minutes away, and the airport only 2-3 minutes from the villa. There are bakeries nearby and restaurants. The Andrea and her husband were genuinely so kind, sweet, and understanding throughout our stay. They even allowed us a late checkout because of our flight timing, which we really appreciated, and stood waving goodbye to us as we left. The story behind the villa and its name was also incredibly touching and made the place feel even more special. 🤍 We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!

Such a beautiful spot! The unit is very new and just lovely with amazing views. The restaurant downstairs is delightful and the complimentary breakfast yummy. I would definitely come back!

We stayed as a group of eight for 10 days and really enjoyed having the entire building to ourselves. The three separate apartments gave everyone enough privacy and space, while the pool, BBQ area and beautiful views made it easy to spend time together. The house was very quiet, had parking for two cars, and the location was great — close to grocery stores and beaches, and within easy reach of Kotor, Tivat and Budva. Overall, the place was even more beautiful in person than we expected from the photos.

It was quite with views of the ocean. I arrived by motorcycle with a bad leg, could hardly walk and the staff took the care of my very need. When the weather cleared up and I could move on,they packed me a lunch for my trip. Thank you.

The location is great, and the room was amazing. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The terrace was great, and the view was absolutely mesmerizing. The landlady was great, and they offered us breakfast close to the accommodation. The service there was great, and I would definitely go back. I highly recommend this place.

The last minute we decided to go to Kotor, And this treasure hotel complete my vacation. I can't believe at this price we could have such nice apartment, spacious living room and two bedrooms, modern, new, spectacular view from the balcony. Exceptionally clean. Nice location, 5 mins walk to the waterside. Private spa and sauna for free! It was unexpected! Feel So good. Friendly staff Super nice breakfast free parking Already told my friend plan a trip back in summer.

Very nice, small, well renovated hotel! It was our first night as wife and husband and they even made the room romantic, put some flowers, candles, wine to surprise us. Very nice touch! Also, the breakfast was very tasty. It has a small pool for those who wish to enjoy it.

The property was so beautiful and right on the water. The staff are AMAZING and go over and beyond! The rooms are so nice and the restaurant they have at the hotel is delicious. The pool is so nice and they have a lot of space around the property to sit and enjoy the view. They take such great care of the property and their guests! I can’t say enough! I would highly recommend this place. Spiro is so kind and so helpful to the guests and Boyana and Sara were so sweet and went over and beyond. You feel so taken care of here and we were so happy we got to stay here!

The staff was incredible. I want to single out Nikola as the perfect example of what customer service is all about. I can't remember when I have had someone at a hotel provide top-notch service with such enthusiasm and joy. He is absolutely amazing. I also want to say that Maria, who worked the breakfast area, was exceptionally nice and eager to please. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of service at this hotel.
