This is a very upscale hotel with large comfortable rooms, pool, spa and two restaurants. It is well located for exploring Puebla and close to many cafes and restaurants.). The staff were all invariably friendly and professional. It smells amazing!

We stayed one night at Casona Maria on our way to Oaxaca, but we wish we'd stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The valet parking was super easy and secure. Our room was clean, cool and spacious with a large four-post bed. The hotel is a short walk in to town, but there are restaurants and shops on the same street. We had an excellent breakfast the next morning. We will definitely stay again if we can!
