It is very peaceful and the hosts are excellent. There is a fire and barbecue area. There is also a trampoline if you go with children and a jacuzzi with an incredible view. Although the apartments have a kitchen, there is a communal one with lots of cooking utensils. The location, if you want to visit Auckland, is 1 hour away. From the bay you can see the Sky Tower from afar.
