This place is great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was large, clean and well furnished. It has A/C and heat. Walking distance to the beach, short cab from the train station, walking distance to a small market. Very peaceful in winter.

The property was beautiful, with lush greenery and relaxing water features. Visiting in Winter there were fewer guests, making it a lovely oasis for the middle of our trip.

The villas was clean, big and well equipped!

First of all, we loved the openness, care, and sympathy received from Vincenza. The place is amazingly beautiful. The combination of old and made the place cozy. Her father's Vespa took me to my old days. Loved it. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi coverage is really good, with no blind spots. Make sure you don't miss the breakfast. It's priceless. Surely I'll come back.

The hotel is a countryside villa, close (4km, a car is required) to the Algarve's main picturesque beaches and cliffs. The rooms and bathrooms are large, beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of bread, hot dishes, cheese, fruits, drinks, etc. Great coffee! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They immediately organized a few vegan options when asked. Around the main house, there are several seats and tables where guests can talk or play games. Quite a few restaurants with good food within a 10km distance, including vegetarian ones.

Everything perfect. The location is peaceful, beautiful grounds, excellent quality apartments and service. Note: you must have a car to get anywhere, to any “sights”, beaches, or even a grocery store.

The home was beautiful! The outdoor spaces were spectacular, including the upper deck, lower patio, pool and grounds. The home was spacious and well decorated! Comfortable beds and easy parking.

The space was awesome. I think I read that the place was only about 500 sq ft. which is far from the truth. There are 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, a large kitchen and very large living room/dining room combo. There was a washing machine, which was a plus. Many restaurants within a short walking distance. We had underground parking, which in Carvoeiro is the best as parking in scarce.

Very well maintained apartment, grounds and pool. Extremely peaceful, but also very near to local amenities in Lagoa. We would definitely stay again.

Superb hotel amazing facilities

After a long time, I have experienced proper 5 star experience and service. Other 5 star hotels and resorts could learn from the Vila Vita Experience. Great job by the staff at the check-in, concierge and the waiting staff at all the restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our visit to Vila Vita Parc and this will definitely not be our first and last visit. The rooms are very good sized, very well furnished, and are cleaned 2-3 times a day. The check-in and check-out was smooth as silk. The dining areas and the menus are pretty good. I didnt try the Michelin star restaurant, Ocean, but the other restaurants were good especially the Italian restaurant, Giardino. The drinks and snacks are expensive but worth the value as the services and ambiance is a great value add. We stayed for almost a week and enjoyed every day of the stay. Excellent experience. I will be a customer for the coming years.

Everything. Room was modern and comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent, location was excellent, many rooms have ocean view.

Nice place to stay with family. Nice location if you have a car (5 min to portimao, 2 min to nearest supermarket, 2 min to the nearest beach). The apartments will equipped (exceptionally equipped with also some board games, nice wifi connection, …)

The accommodation is exceptional in terms of space, located in a very quiet and relaxing area. The pool great as well. The owners are super friendly and helpful, making the stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend it.
