I stayed in the most spacious room, it was way more bigger than photos. According to owner there is two big rooms on each floor and i got one. Staff was very friendly. You need to know if you want cleaning service you need to ask at the reception before 4pm. And also there is a 2 bottles of free water every day but you need to ask at the reception it.

I stayed at The Salil Hotel Riverside for one night, and it was truly a luxurious and comfortable experience. The resort is very elegant, located right by the river. The check-in was warm and unique — the stylish staff welcomed us, offered refreshing drinks, and completed the registration while we sat comfortably. I also loved the boat service that takes you to places like Icon Siam Mall and brings you back, which added a special touch to the stay. The resort consists of several buildings, so if you’re traveling as a family, it’s better to request rooms close to each other for easier access. This was not a big issue for us, as we enjoyed meeting in the beautiful lobby. Everything was well-prepared for a memorable and luxurious experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for relaxation, privacy, and also for families. I would also like to give special thanks to the staff members MaryBell, Jan, and Schaumburg (apologies if I spelled any of the names incorrectly). They were all very kind, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Hotel in Bangkok, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere exudes a unique hospitality that differentiates it from other luxury hotels. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the meticulous attention to detail—every element, from the decor to the service, is thoughtfully curated. One of the standout features of my stay was the twice-daily room cleaning service, which kept my space immaculate and inviting. Each day, I was provided with high-quality essentials, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The “Whatever/Whenever” service truly lives up to its name, with staff available 24/7 to cater to any request, big or small. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant atmosphere made my stay at the W Hotel genuinely relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Bangkok!
