We have stayed in Luxury Lagoon room and it was exceptional. Special thanks for Durmuş and Kardelen for their extraordinary assitance. Also Nur Muhammed, Burcu, Cansu, Ayşegül and all staff of Lagoon Restaurant were very kind and helpful during our stay. Shows in hotel was also amazing, we have enjoyed a lot. Foods in Lagoon Restaurant was very well prepared and served. Kaya Palazzo will be always in my top tier list for vacation.

I booked last minute and was expecting to pay way more than I did. The price I paid was significantly lower than what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with to include house cleaning requested to go out of there way to provide an even greater service and experience. I have already recommended this hotel to other friends looking to visit the area. The meals provided were delicious.
