Amazing new hotel, beautiful decor, quiet. Spotless clean rooms and very spacious. Very good equipment incl. coffee etc. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with a taxi as we had some car rental issues. I will return when I have the opportunity and highly recommend this hotel.

The spread offered a fantastic variety of options, catering to all tastes with both healthy and deliciously sweet choices – a perfect start to our days of exploration. However, what truly elevated our stay from excellent to extraordinary was the exceptional service we received, particularly from Dini. Throughout our stay, Dini consistently went out of his way to check up on us, ensuring we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time. We found ourselves frequently engaging in long, delightful conversations with him. Dini shared fascinating stories and provided invaluable tips and tricks about navigating Albania, helping us truly immerse ourselves in the local culture and get the most out of our trip. Having spent some time traveling across Albania, we can honestly say that Dini's personal connection and genuine care stood out remarkably. While many places focused on efficiency, Dini made sure we felt valued and left with a truly memorable and high-quality experience. His warmth, humor, and insightful recommendations were a highlight of our entire Albanian adventure. We highly recommend Hotel Ambasada QTA for its stunning design, convenient location, great breakfast, and most importantly, for the outstanding hospitality, especially from our new friend, Dini. I was amazed by how relaxed we felt at the end of the day. I would definitely come again soon!
