We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was simply fantastic from the moment we arrived. The staff was kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home. The food deserves special mention. It was incredibly delicious and generous in portions. Every meal was fresh, tasty and prepared with real care. You could truly feel the quality. A special thank you to the owner and his wonderful wife. Their hospitality, attention to detail and warm communication with guests made our stay even more special. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in every little detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.
