Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.
