Zhangjiajie Waterfront Huajian Inn& Tianmen National Forest Park & Free pick up service has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Whatever I say about this place will be little! The girl at the reception was so nice, helped and organized everything, like a little fairy who makes wishes come true! Wonderful location and comfortable rooms.

The place is beautifully designed, rooms are spacious and look just like the photos. The staff were incredible and the highlight of our stay – super kind, helpful, and arranged all our tours perfectly. Communication was the easiest we had in China. Great location for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park with free shuttle provided by the hotel. Would totally stay here again!

Situated in Hanqiyu in the Hunan region, with Yuanjiajie and Zixia Taoist Temple nearby, 一树一花客栈眷恋店 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The receptionists were great and very attentive, helping us with all of our needs. I highly recommend

This friendly and nice little hotel is just in walking distance to the national park entrance. The manager Anthony was very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English and helps to organize your stay and visits of the national park, the “gate to heaven” and the canyon. He also offers pick-up and transfer, e.g. from to train station etc. Rooms are nice. Another highlight is, of course, the cute and child-friendly dog Popeye. The Host Lady was really so nice. We got in near midnight and a driver was organised to pick us up, for free. Watch-out, he was waiting outside the airport, not at the arrivals doorway. The location feels remote, but it makes the view absolutely stunning and adds to the quiet peace. The Host Lady is well-practised at using a translation app, so I don't think communication is a problem. Breakfast is served in the 'restaurant' which is a separate guesthouse-type area down some stairs outside. The breakfast every morning is roughly the same. There is a fried egg, a fruit (melon one day, or orange the next), a vegetable (a corn one day, or a sweet potato the next day) a bread-type bun, and a bao-bun. AND ALSO a bowl of noodle soup with mince. It can be a lot. Our final breakfast also had rice porridge on top of all that. If you need help planning your day, the Host Lady is happy to help. She is always available on WeChat. If you book the southern entrance of the Zhangjiajie Forrest Park, she can drive you to the entrance (and pick-up) as it's only a few minutes' drive away. If you need a driver for the day for further away, they will book you a driver (you pay them directly via Weixin). We had a driver for the whole day to go to the Canyon Bridge. Our first full day, the Host Lady had a fresh home-made dinner made for us in their restaurant. It was 210 RMB, but it was very nice.

The owner of the Hotel was very helpful, well organized and gave us always some extra information concerning f.e. visiting the local sights We had a very tasty Chinese brreakfast prepared from his mother.

The location is perfect, only 5-10min from the airport with taxi. The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. They also explain us the best rout to visit these places, this help us a lot with our schedule. Also they upgrade our room for free.

South Mountain Boutique Hotel er staðsett í Zhangjiajie, 20 km frá Zhangjiajie-þjóðgarðinum. Boðið er upp á útibað, sameiginlega setustofu og útsýni yfir ána. We had an incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 11 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Picturesque Forest Lodge-Near the Ticket Gate-English Services features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a... Cracking spot! The free shuttle to the park was a ripper of a service - saved us heaps of time and hassle. Rooms were tidy and the host was a legend. Cheers!
