She listened carefully to our needs and assisted us wholeheartedly. She also recommended and helped us purchase admission and activity tickets, which made our journey very smooth and saved us a lot of time and effort in planning the routes ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located close to the National Park and the Charming Xiangxi show theatre. They also provide free pick-up and drop-off services to these entrances, which is extremely helpful. They even provided one way free pick up from high speed train station to hotel. It's very useful when we visit the place in the first time. As for the room, it was very comfortable and clean. The in-room facilities are of high quality. The air conditioning works very well and maintains a comfortable temperature. The shower has strong water pressure and is easy to adjust to a pleasant temperature. We could also tell that the shampoo and conditioner provided are of good quality. The restaurant staff are friendly too and put great effort to accommodate our breakfast needs during the stay Overall, we felt very comfortable, warmly welcomed, and well taken care of during our stay. Highly recommended.

Situated in Hanqiyu in the Hunan region, with Yuanjiajie and Zixia Taoist Temple nearby, 一树一花客栈眷恋店 features accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The receptionists were great and very attentive, helping us with all of our needs. I highly recommend

The manager Anthony was very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English and helps to organize your stay and visits of the national park, the “gate to heaven” and the canyon. He also offers pick-up and transfer, e.g. from to train station etc. Rooms are nice. Another highlight is, of course, the cute and child-friendly dog Popeye. This is an incredibly beautiful and cozy place! The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel grounds are stunning, and the design of the property is truly impressive. It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride (Didi arrives quickly) to the East Gate of the park. The hotel serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. But the real gem of your stay will be the hotel hostess—she is amazing! She will arrange everything you need, offer helpful advice, and even make bookings for you if you haven’t done so yourself. We were extremely pleased with our stay at this wonderful retreat.

Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Staff was very friendly and gave us directions on how to navigate the avatar mountains. Rooms were just like photos and were clean. Walkable distance to the gate for the avatar mountains and near food.

The surroundings are peaceful, making it an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the hospitality of the staff—especially Mr. Rain. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Set in Zhangjiajie, 14 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Panorama Peaks Lodge-Free pickup-Sunrise-Close to the Middle Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie Foreset Park offers accommodation... The hotel is very close to the forest park, and we could enter directly by scanning our passports—so convenient lah! They also arranged complimentary airport pickup, which was a great help. Waking up for the sunrise here was amazing! The staff are all super friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend for a smooth and enjoyable trip!
