A special thanks to the round-the-clock staff who attended to our every need; they even helped plan our itinerary. Thanks to them, we witnessed the first snowfall of 2026 in Zhangjiajie—an absolutely breathtaking experience! The location is perfectly situated, within easy reach of all the major sights like the 72 Odd Towers, Central Square, Tianmen Mountain, and the "Avatar" Mountains. As a frequent traveler, I can say this stay stands out as one of my very best experiences.

Its location is ideal: just steps from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and set within a charming, cozy town. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area, creating a complete visit plan for us, and arranging tickets. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations: when we asked if they had a basketball for the nearby court, they didn’t, so they went out and bought one within minutes. Later, when we lost an item in a Didi, they immediately contacted the driver and arranged its return, sparing us significant trouble and expecting nothing in return.

They helped us to book absolutely every ticket and save some money, to plan our days and everything else we need The room and the hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the room was super cute as well

Our stay exceeded all expectations! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, laundry service, and a beautifully decorated room for our honeymoon. They booked all our tickets, guided us through the parks in Zhangjiajie, and even prepared meals on request. The hospitality made us feel completely at home, truly a perfect experience. 10/10, highly recommended for an authentic and refreshing stay! ☺️ we will definitely come back!

Mararating ang Zhangjiajie National Forest Park sa 32 km, ang Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, restaurant, outdoor... Beautiful view on the Tianmen mountain. The manager was very friendly and helped us with transportation and visits.

The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

Napapalibutan ng greenery, nasa 2 km ang layo ng No.5 Valley Inn mula sa west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) ng Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We absolutely loved our stay at No.5 Valley! The hotel is right near the west gate of the park, and the staff arranged transport there and back without any hassle. They helped us plan our route through the park and even upgraded our room. The property is huge, with a heated pool that has an amazing view – it was a highlight. There’s also a tea house with a tea master on-site, and that whole experience was incredible. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the past year. Everything was just perfect and we’re 100% happy with our stay.
