Thanks to Xiran's warm arrangement, the process of arriving at the hotel was very smooth. Although we arrived late, he arranged a shuttle and took us to the railway station. The hostess (Xiran) was very friendly, bought all the tickets for us to go up the mountain, and patiently told me how to play in the scenic spot. Zhang Hengsheng prepared breakfast for us, which was delicious. The room is also amazing and spotless, but the best part is the duvet on the bed-it's so comfortable! Highly recommended!

Nagtatampok ang Zhangjiajie SANHE Hotel ng seasonal na outdoor swimming pool, hardin, terrace, at restaurant sa Zhangjiajie. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Kang, who assisted us from the moment we arrived. She helped us with ticket purchases, transportation, and planning our routes to both the National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. Communication through WeChat was super smooth — they helped us with absolutely everything! They speak English, and when translation is needed, they always have the best attitude. The kitchen staff was also wonderful, always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location is perfect, very central and convenient for getting around. I definitely recommend this hotel 1000% — truly an outstanding experience!

Mararating ang Zhangjiajie National Forest Park sa 20 km, ang 一树一花客栈眷恋店 ay nagtatampok ng accommodation, restaurant, hardin, shared lounge, at terrace. The room is spacious and very clean. It is always very quiet since it is not next to the roadside. The owner is very friendly, and helpful. He helps us to book all the tickets (mountian admission and musical play( with great discount. He always give us recommendations on what to do/see in the mountain. I enjoyed the local breakfast (hot soup noodles) very much. Western breakfast such as bread, eggs were available too but I ordered local breakfast everyday since it is so yummy. I highly recommend travellers to stay here. In fact, I got my friend to stay here with me (she checked out from her hotel and came over to stay ) and also recommended to a few travellers we met in other town.

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

The Host Lady was really so nice. We got in near midnight and a driver was organised to pick us up, for free. Watch-out, he was waiting outside the airport, not at the arrivals doorway. The location feels remote, but it makes the view absolutely stunning and adds to the quiet peace. The Host Lady is well-practised at using a translation app, so I don't think communication is a problem. Breakfast is served in the 'restaurant' which is a separate guesthouse-type area down some stairs outside. The breakfast every morning is roughly the same. There is a fried egg, a fruit (melon one day, or orange the next), a vegetable (a corn one day, or a sweet potato the next day) a bread-type bun, and a bao-bun. AND ALSO a bowl of noodle soup with mince. It can be a lot. Our final breakfast also had rice porridge on top of all that. If you need help planning your day, the Host Lady is happy to help. She is always available on WeChat. If you book the southern entrance of the Zhangjiajie Forrest Park, she can drive you to the entrance (and pick-up) as it's only a few minutes' drive away. If you need a driver for the day for further away, they will book you a driver (you pay them directly via Weixin). We had a driver for the whole day to go to the Canyon Bridge. Our first full day, the Host Lady had a fresh home-made dinner made for us in their restaurant. It was 210 RMB, but it was very nice.

We completely enjoyed our stay! The staff was always ready to help with all the facilities, excursions, taxis and all other things. Great thanks and appreciation to the staff! They made our days comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice authentic interior.

Staff were very nice and accommodating - we left very early in the morning, staff came in earlier to prepare breakfast for us (despite it being before breakfast started) Gave good recommendations for food and activities, including helping with our planning for our upcoming days even though we were no longer staying with them. Restaurant next door is very good, one of the best in our entire trip

Napapalibutan ng greenery, nasa 2 km ang layo ng No.5 Valley Inn mula sa west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) ng Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It's such a relaxing and beautiful place, tucked away from everything, which was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the mountains from the pool is incredible. Excellent service from Frankie and the entire team, always willing to help. They would take us to and pick us up from the entrance of the park, gave us a tea tasting from their own harvest, and even taught us calligraphy. We only ran out of time to learn how to sing karaoke! Thank you for everything! 100% recommended!
