The owner researched chargers and offered to go out and buy me one so it was ready for my arrival as I would arrive in the evening and had to work early the next day. It is fantastic value in a great location. Breakfast was lovely with the rooftop view.

Our room was big and comfortable, we loved having the jacuzzi. Staff is wonderful. Great location just a few blocks from the plaza. Good breakfast. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Jericó.

We loved Soul! The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

Good location, very helpful and nice staff, delicious breakfast, swimming pool, comfortable bed, amazing view from window. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed it. People are so nice and smiling.

Beautiful place, staff kind and always smiling. Highly recommended for couples or adults. Daniela was an amazing host as well as the rest of the staff. Don't go to eat out the food of the restaurant is delicious.
