Situated opposite Bilbao’s Guggenheim Museum, this boutique hotel was created by fashion designer Antonio Miró. It offers free WiFi and a 24-hour honesty bar. My particular room was great, I think I had a jr suite. Also and PLEASE note this: I thought I had left my passport at the hotel and came back form airport to find it. One of your staff who was at the front desk, I think his name was Brian (but it may have been Ryan) could not have been even one drop better at helping me find it. He searched the room with me and even called the place I had stayed in San Sebastian to see if I left it there. He should be rewarded as he couldn't have been more fabulous and calming.

Matatagpuan wala pang 1 km mula sa Catedral de Santiago, ang Karmelo junto al metro ay naglalaan ng accommodation sa Bilbao na may access sa hot tub. Really beautiful flat! We were totally surprised when we arrived. It’s a flat actually, but was like a luxurious hotel. Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:) And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. You can easily reach Casco Viejo and Plaza Nueva by walk. Owners, Alfonso and Menchi, are really kind. They answered everything anytime.
