The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. We absolutely loved our stay! The Hotel Britsol staff were so friendly and accommodating. The decor was beautiful. The location was excellent. And the spa facilities were 5-star! Would definitely stay again and again.

Centrally located in old town and one metro stop from the train station. Helpful, friendly, and kind staff, from the front desk and concierge to the waiter in the restaurant.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely return. Tennis court and Coach available on site, making this yet an even more attractive option for those wishing to play some tennis.

A paradise for families surrounded by lake and mountains, the iconic Hôtel Royal Évian***** offers a different idea of luxury. The peace and quiet was lovely. Slightly out of town but the ammenities at the hotel made up for it plus the shuttle which would pick you up on request was fantastic.

Hôtel Ermitage sits in a 19-hectare park in Evian-les-Bains and on the shore of Lake Geneva. The location of Hotel Ermitage is perfect with glorious views of the Lac Leman / Lake Garda. The Deluxe lake view room was beautiful, well appointed with very comfortable large bed, excellent views of the garden and lake beyond, from a loggia which had enough room for chair and desk. My mother requested an upgrade at her own cost and her Castle Room was just wonderful, spacious with excellent amenities, a seating area which doubled up as a lounge area and a Loggia and separate spacious balcony area - very much worth the additional cost. There was very much attention to detail, such as beautiful furnishings and little details such as eco coffee pods for the machine, which we very much appreciated. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely gorgeous and linked to the grounds of the sister hotel, The Hotel Royale. The Ermitage is beautiful hotel, very quite, beautifully decorated and the dining experience very much what we would expect from a quality French restaurant. None of this would mean anything without the wonderful hospitality of the staff. All individual staff members had a lovely approach, with typical French manners, discreet and gracious service throughout. In particular, the gentleman who assisted us with room change for my mother was particularly attentive and supportive with our needs as was the young woman serving us in the restaurant on Sunday evening. However all members of staff were wonderful and attentive. Absolutely, faultless service throughout. We cannot wait to return to the Hotel Ermitage and Evian and thank you so much for making my Mother's birthday so special. With all due apologies for my school girl French - Merci beaucoup pour votre merveilleuse hospitalité.

The majestic Victoria Hotel can be found in Glion above Montreux (connected by funicular) and is renowned for its breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the snow-capped Alps. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is amazing. Hotel’s décor is classique. All employees are very helpful and friendly.
