Very clean and good room with great design , personal is kind and do a lot of little things to make you comfortable. We get better room for free, welcome sweets, late checkout. Even our car was cleaned from snow at morning. For sure one of the best places in Mestia

The staff were exceptional. They treated me like family and were very kind about the dog. They worked hard to communicate with me. The hotel is lovely. They have nice outdoor area and the rooms are comfortable even though they don't have air conditioning. The breakfast was wonderful. The facilities were lovely. Overall I had a very nice stay.
